Payment requests
Pay only against an official quotation or invoice and through a payment method confirmed by SAVERON. Verify account details through an official contact before transferring funds.
Booking status
Payment does not guarantee supplier availability. A booking is confirmed only when SAVERON issues written confirmation after payment and supplier acceptance.
Schedules and currencies
Deposits, balance dates, taxes, gateway costs and currency considerations will be stated in the proposal. Missed deadlines may result in release or repricing.
Receipts and discrepancies
Retain transaction evidence. Report discrepancies promptly to accounts@saveronsolutions.com.
