Booking confirmation

An enquiry or payment request is not by itself a confirmed booking. Confirmation occurs only after required payment is received and SAVERON issues written confirmation, subject to supplier availability and terms.

Third-party suppliers

Airlines, hotels, transport providers and other suppliers operate independently. SAVERON does not control their decisions, schedule changes, cancellations or service delivery. Their terms also apply.

Traveller responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for accurate names, valid passports, visas, permits, health and fitness for travel, insurance and other documents. Visa or permit approval is never guaranteed.

Changes and force majeure

Weather, government action, strikes, natural events and other circumstances beyond reasonable control may require changes. Additional costs may apply according to supplier terms.

Health and high altitude

Travellers should seek appropriate professional advice. High-altitude and adventure travel may not be suitable for everyone.

Payments, cancellations and refunds

Payment schedules, cancellation charges and refund timelines are governed by the confirmed proposal, supplier terms and SAVERON policies.
